That due to long standing & high quality Services bearing the Trade Mark "INDIAN TWENTY TWENTY & LOGO" vide registration no. 1368279 & 1368278 is enjoying wide reputation & goodwill in respect of services related to Sports, Culture & Tournaments included in cl 41.
That our clients also hold "Copy right Certificate" vide registration no-A75416/2006. in the copyright , getup & colour scheme in the "INDIAN TWENTY TWENTY" label.
CAUTION & POLICE RAIDS
Public notice is hereby given that anyone using our client's Trade Mark "INDIAN TWENTY TWENTY" or any deceptive-similar Trade Mark, colour scheme/getup shall render himself liable to Civil/Criminal prosecution including police raids without any further notice.
